How many limits can I get?
What plan you pick should depend on what games you normally play. You can get as many limits as you want that are included in your plan. For instance, if you sign up for ‘Small Limits’ you can get any limit we support up to including $0.25c-$0.50c. This means you can get data for just that limit or any combination of lower limits.
What's a game type?
A game type is something like No Limit Hold'em, Fixed Limit or Pot Limit Omaha. In future we will be adding sit and goes, and cap variations.
What’s a seat type?
A seat type is either heads up, six max or full ring. It is completely free to get as many different types of seats as you want.
How many poker sites can I get?
You can choose up to one poker site for free from our list of supported sites and each additional site will cost extra. You will receive hand histories for all your selected limits and seat types for every site you select. Every additional site you add after your first site will cost a different amount depending on what plan you sign up for.
Can I change plans any time without paying?
You can change plans, or switch sites and limits any time on your “Account” tab. The end date of your subscription will change depending on how much cheaper or more expensive your modified subscription is.
How many hand histories will I get?
You exact coverage will vary but you can view all of our coverage graphs here. When you are customizing your subscription plan you will be able to click “what will I get” and we’ll give you a summary of what you can expect to receive daily.
What types of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Paypal, Amazon Payments, and Google Checkout. We can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover if you send us an email we will link you to our credit card portal. We also accept Web Money. We are investigating adding other payment options in future. We do not accept poker site transfers or moneybookers.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. HHSmithy is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month but you won’t be billed again.
